2007 marked the 75th Anniversary of the “Deuce,” America's quintessential hot rod. To commemorate this very special occasion, Detroit Street Rod offered the officially licensed, Limited Edition 1932 Ford 75th Anniversary Deuce. The official Ford Deuce was limited to 100 production vehicles and was distributed through Ford Racing Performance and Ford Motor Company Dealers.
Each Anniversary car is based on the highly acclaimed and award-winning Dearborn Deuce convertible that combines the beauty of Ford's original design with contemporary technology in the form of a fully-integrated, completely concealed convertible top with electric side windows. This precisely detailed, all steel body is mated to a sophisticated, rigid chassis, a Ford 9” solid rear axle with four-link suspension, and a traditional dropped I-beam front suspension.
At the heart of the driveline is a Roush built “Boss 302” with an AOD (automatic transmission with overdrive) for a vehicle that's clearly a standout in performance, looks, and exclusivity.
