You don't need to be a true German car enthusiast to recognize this 928, but with under 55,000 miles you might want to become one. The silver metallic paint and body look very nice at any angle. The polished wheels, trim, glass and lenses have been keenly preserved. At each corner, factory polished aluminum 16″ wheels are fitted with Toyo Proxes T1R tires that were installed in October 2016 and are sized 225/50 up front and 245/45 out back. This Porsche 928 S4 is a true gem.
Since this unit is a S4, you'll appreciate the 5.0-liter V8 power plant which pumps out 316 horses. Paired with a rear-mounted four-speed automatic transaxle with a limited-slip differential, not only does the transmission shift smoothly, it'll get you up and running in a hurry! An October 2016 service at 52k miles included a fluid flush and a new A/C compressor, while the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump were replaced in June 2019. Earlier records are also in the documentation. And speaking of documents, receipts show a purchase price of $69,027!
Inside the car you find the experience just as nice as the outside. It features gray leather upholstery over power-adjustable seats, an electric sunroof, and a Blaupunkt Reno cassette radio. The car is also equipped with optional rear air conditioning, and the system was converted to use R134a refrigerant in July 2014. New dash lights were installed in October 2019.
